Iocages are unable to connect to network but show up in bridge

I just did a reboot of my Truenas instance to move drives to a new disk shelf.

After reboot, no errors but all of my jails have lost all connections to any networks. Truenas itself is working just fine.
The data for the iocages was not on the pool that was moved and no configuration or hardware adjustmets to the servers were made. Everything was already connected so just drives from one shelf to another.

Rebooted the server, replugged in the network connection, restarted the jails and nothing changes.

bge2 is the port that is plugged in.

Self solve

Note if this happens to someone in the future:

Just rebuilt my linux VM with copied values and docker IP's. They both started at the same time and looks like they were causing all kinds of issues.

Preventing the old one from starting on boot prevented it and all the iocages started working after that.
