Installs but no Boot

Any one know why I get hung at this place?

• What FreeNAS version?
• Used Hardware (Mainboard, CPU, ....)
• Boot medium (SSD, HD, USB-stick)
• BIOS or UEFI boot

Yes, many pictures. Still not written what mainboard is used. Also the boot mode set in Bios/UEFI (4th bullet) might be relevant. (I'm no expert here)

I tried both BIOS and UEFI. UEFI had the most promise and this is the post I showed. Not sure where it is getting hung up.
