Installation stuck at this point

Hello..I'm trying to install Free NAS 11.1 but it is stuck here..

I changed the mother board and Flash from 8GB to 32GB but doesn't work..

Please help...

Is that booting up into the installer or first boot after the installation completed? If booting up into the installer, which tool did you use to write the image?
