installation of RAID0 drives coming from h710 mini

Hi there,
I know I can flash the h710...but never done it before.
So created 6 RAID 0 drives and tried to create ZFS RAID1 for scale installation. Thing work and it fails in very end. Below is image.

Can RAID0 drives works for truenas installation? (Note - I have isntalled a proxmox in ZFS (Raid 0) on Raid 0 vdev on similar Dell R620 server)

You're on track to lose your data if you did get it working...
