Installation Issues

Hi,

I am pretty new to the NAS world and struggling with the install.
I have downloaded the windows iso file writer and am trying to write to usb but i keep getting the message that the .iso file isn't valid.

I have the current .iso file for version 11.0

Try with rufus. Also be sure the iso is not corrupted.

Sorry for the late reply,
So I used rufus and it installed onto the usb no worries.
Now when booting i get a stall or hang in BIOS and "GRUB" is displayed with a flashing cursor.

Any help is appreciated.
