Installation error Truenas Core stopped at message. Please help.

When installing Truenas Core from a USB drive on an m.2 sata drive I get notification and the installation does not proceed. Who has an idea?

Its an Intel I3 8100 system, 8 GB, 248 GB M.2 satat, Nvidia 1050. Thanks!

Try installing without the Mellanox, and adding the card afterwards.

But are you referring to the ethernet card with Mellanox? Or the GPU?

The ethernet card is onboard so it's not removable.

Could somebody help me out please. I really don't know what I am doing wrong. I had Truenas installed but something went wrong and it wouldn't start anymore. Now the system will start but I cannot install anymore and boot correctly. Even when I try to install windows. Over the windows error are a lot of video's made but i cannot resolve it. Maybe the errors are connect, or probably they are connected. The windows error is when trying to install windows 11: 0xc00000e.

The stoped at 0xc2f79ea4 movq %rcx,%rax is the same as before (no Mellanox any more). When trying to install WIndows 11 a got an error message too, maybe it's related?

I have no idea, please help!

This sounds like some of your memory has gone bad. Try booting with sticks systematically removed. Alternatively, try booting a Linux LiveCD that has memtest86+ available from the GRUB menu.
