SOLVED Install stuck when installing from USB

Hi,

So I'm installing from a USB to a USB. Got my freenas image burned to a sandisk cruzer usb, and I'm trying to install freenas to my cruzer fit which is plugged directly into the motherboard.

I got stuck for a while on this:

Now i'm stuck on this, and have been for the last 10 minutes or so:

Any ideas?

My hardware is:
Supermicro X10SLL-F
Intel 1230 v3
Crucial CT2KIT102472BD160B 16GB (2x 8GB) Memory Kit

Update: LITERALLY as I posted this, the install completed!

I guess this is an exercise in learning patience...
