Install - No keyboard no Mouse

Hello, my english is bad, but I'll try it once.
I burned the new iso to a CD. Then I booted from it.
Eventually comes Install / Update, ... and then you have to use the keyboard through the menu. However, the mouse and keyboard does not work. In the Bios all USB devices are enabled. Have it tested on another computer. Also does not work.
Please for help.

This is not my Server. It is a normal Computer.
Dell Optiplex GX520. I have Mouse and Keyboarld only with USB
