Install FreeNAS on Virtualbox, stuck at em0: link state changed to UP

Mac OSX 10.11.2
VirtualBox 5.0.10
CPU 4 core
8GB ram
IDE controller: USB1.vdk @16GB, USB2.vdk @16GB, ODD @freeNAS9.3.iso
Network: Bridged Adapter - en:0 Ethernet

after install > 1st reboot, stuck at here:

Please Advise.

Does it continue after a few minutes or after doing a Ctrl+c ?

at 1st, it didn't continue even after 10 mins
After several re-configs and tries, it works.

Now, want to emulate the usb mirrored boot
but freeNAS not recognised any hard drive under virtual USB controller

Are you using the instructions in http://doc.freenas.org/9.3/freenas_install.html#virtualbox? It should not be that complicated to get FreeNAS to install in VirtualBox (eg no weird settings, just minimum base memory and virtual disk sizes).

i read through that instruction.
it works now.

but if i attached a virtual drive to the virtual USB controller (not the real USB controller)
FreeNas not recognised.
