We need to know the details of the hardware. What CPU? What motherboard? How much RAM and of what type? What are you using for your boot device exactly? etc.

It appears that the files that are supposed to be in various locations on the boot media are not there. To me, that means that either your boot drive is broken in some strange way, or, you did not install the FreeNAS boot image on the thumb drive correctly.

Maybe someone else will have an idea.

Also, that's not good hardware for FreeNAS.

I used another HDD where i installed the FreeNAS OS instead of a flash drive. So therefore HDD1=FreeNAS OS,
HDD2=Storage. Is that okay?

It doesn't seem to have worked. Perhaps it would be a good idea to try reinstalling it. In theory it's fine to install to a hard disk. The OS doesn't actually care.

I would use this opportunity to get your company to purchase some better hardware. For about $2k you can have a very decent system.

Just reinstall. Do you only have one HDD for storage? Are you installing the OS to the array or a dedicated HDD?
