Improve Transf. between Dataset

Hi everyone, i have just finish my new configuration and all it's working fine!

I always copy data, between two datasets on the same disk, i like to use CP command (is a good choice?) my "problem" is that this transfert is slow, only around 20 Mb/s. The files are ALWAYS a few and good-sized (not less then 3 Gb). Is there a possibility to improve this speed? (I can't avoid to use two different dataset)

Yes, i can't change the datasets! :(

If i copy & paste my file from my Mac I can't see the progress bar but it working very well (around 110 Mb/s) respect the previous 20 Mb/s. I hate the fact that I can't see the % but it's working!
