Hey guys,
I found the procedure for replacing a bad drive, but I just wanted to verify that I need a new one before I head out to Fry's.
I'm pretty sure it's dead.

6x2 TB drives
FreeNAS running on a USB flash drive
Current uptime: 49 days

Here are the diagnostics I found:
First of all, this drive has always been a bit iffy, silently corrupting my data on a couple of occasions.

My FreeNAS security log this morning had this little snippet in it:

Its serial number is now missing from the "View Disks" tab:

The zpool status GUI, which used to happily report the status of my drives, now simply shows this:
