I can't see my Freenas box on my network

Hi all,

I'm mostly a noob to FreeNAS.
I had a much older version installed on my machine and it was working wonderfully for a year or two.
I installed 11.2 almost a year ago to this date and I haven't been able to access my files since.

I can access the web GUI, and see my machine, but I have no idea how to access my data without it showing up in my network.
I've attempted to read the user guide a few times, but I don't want to delete my data and start from scratch, I just need to get my data off of this machine and make some hardware upgrades as I feel that this machine is too old for this version of the software.

Any help is much appreciated.

What service were you using to share the freenas box on the share? SMB/AFP/etc

What is the output from zpool status

WHat are the specs of the freenas box?

You can simply move the data and boot devices to new hardware, or make the upgrades in place. FreeNAS isn't Windows; it won't lock you out because you've changed a piece of hardware.
