I cannot see newer community plugins

I see one plugin here https://github.com/ix-plugin-hub/iocage-plugin-index (calibre-web in particular) but I cannot see it on my community plugins list. I've reloaded the freenas client with no cache, still missing.
Any idea why it's not there? Maybe the final plugin list it's somewhere else and it updates at a different pace?

The UI uses the 11.3-RELEASE branch, but Calibre is only in the master branch at the moment.
