HP storageWorks NAS 1000S Will it work

I got this old server was runung Win NT and i was interested will free nas work on this or should i not even try to install. I saw it needs like 8gb ram and stuff.

My spec :(

• Intel pentium 4 processor @2.8GHz
• 1.5Gb Ram
• 4x 250GB IDE

You seem to have done some reading, since you know about the 8GB minimum RAM requirement.

Unfortunately, as you read, your server is inadequate for FreeNAS. It may be useful with some other NAS OS, though.
