How to setup Unix Share

HI, I've just set up my Freenas 8.
Have successfully shared Freenas with Windows and Apple however I'm having problems sharing it with Unix or in my case Ubuntu.

I can see it on the network but when clicked it says unable to mount location.
Connection refused by server.

Please help on this thanks.

Crap, I had the same problem and am trying to remember what I did. I think you need to make sure you have nfs-common loaded on Ubuntu, I don't think it was a problem with FreeNAS. Something like apt-get install nfs-common

Anyway, give that a try and I'll see if I can remember if there was something else.

Didn't have this problem with Freenas 7.
