How to rollback Plex plugin/jail to previous version.​

TrueNAS Core
Version: TrueNAS-13.0-U6.1

Plex Media Server
Version: 1.40.0.7998 (trying to revert to 1.34)
Release: 13.1-RELEASE-p9

I need to find where to download the old version of plex because i never downloaded the original (I just clicked update button next to Plex media server in truenas plugins/jails.

Then I need someone to help run me through how to rollback my version of plex because the newest version (1.40) doesn't work on my Truenas core system (videos that worked no longer work after the update). I'd like to still have all my old settings/media files/metadata remain if possible of course. Any help is much appreciated! thank you

I've newer to TrueNAS and not a computer guru at all. I do have snapshots enabled and have a snapshot from 1 week ago which was before I updated the Plex Media Server plugin. If I can use this to fix my problem easily please explain how as I've never done it before. I have a "Clone to new dataset" option and a "Rollback" option.
