How to modify network properties for VM ?

I created a VM under an initial subnet 10.0.0.0.

I added some new VLANs and now want to move the VM to a different subnet of 10.0.10.0.

I solved my jails using those two threads (@Patrick M. Hausen)

Unlike jails where one can easily manage properties after their creation, I don't see how to do the same with the VMs,

Any help ?

Partial improvement

I changed the initial NIC to the VLAN I wanted. But it is getting it's IP from DHCP. I would have prefered a way to give it a static IP.

I am still opened to suggestion.
