how to configure apache http.conf file

hi,

i am trying to setup a website on my freenas, i installed apache in a jail (type pluginjail). but i cant figure out to configure it properly, can someone help me with that.
my website wont work when i dont type the www. in front of it. also when my global ip changes i cant acces my site anymore (i have registerd and ad it to no-ip)

please help me :/
