How to add mounts to NextCloud App?

I have been trying to find out for days how to setup an extra drive into this docker container, I know how to do it when first starting a container, I cant seem to get my head around how to setup a new mount/volume into this app.

Is anyone able to assist?

If you open the installed apps, you can expand a menu on each app and select "edit" to get the install menu back and change any settings you want.

I don't know if the official app supports more than one data mountpoint though.
