How install Areca Daemon tool archttp

Good morning
I need install the Areca Daemon tool archttp with autostart at log-on

How can I do that? I try to
1. mount -uw /
2. add the file archttp32 in folder /usr/local/etc/rc.d
But also I try to
1. mount -uw /
2. add the file archttp32 in folder /conf/base/etc/local/rc.d

but at restart nothing function properly...

if I try to start the daemon typing ./archttp32 it start properly
