How do I get into IPMI mgt?

I need to update the f/w due to ASRock Rack C2750D4I BMC / Watchdog Issue.

I am directed by: ASRock Rack C2750D4I BMC firmware update (Version: 00.30.00)
to: http://www.asrockrack.com/general/productdetail.asp?Model=C2750D4I#Download

Which instructs me to:
1: Enter the management system and click the Firmware Update from the top menu bar.

I am running the FreeNAS system with no graphics so this doesn't look helpful.

I don't understand how to get into the "management system".

Am I the only one in the world running a character based console?

The FAQ shows a browser pointing at http://192.168.3.1 which gets me the FreeNAS control panel.

What am I missing?

Browse to the IP address of your IPMI interface. You can get that from your router's DHCP status page or your BIOS.

I haven't done the update yet. The machine is in service, downtime must be scheduled.
