Hi,

I've seen so much discussion on the forum about P16 being the current driver that the M1015 card needs to be flashed to, but now that FreeNAS 9.10 is out, what is the current driver? I'm setting up a new server with a fresh install of FreeNAS 9.10 and will soon be flashing my M1015 to IT mode but don't know which driver FreeNAS is on. Someone said this is in the Release Notes, but I don't see it here:

Thanks in advance!

I'll tell you how to use the appropriate driver. Install the version of FreeNAS you want to do. If there is a mismatch, you'll get an alert. The alert will tell you what to fix. If there is no mismatch then you'll get no alert and you can rest assured all is well. :)

You can also bootup the system and do "dmesg | grep mps" and it'll show you the driver and firmware. :D

Good to know, I can see where this method would be the best way of knowing for sure. Thanks a lot CJ...your advice on these forums has helped me immensely over the year(s).

And thanks danb...I'll flash to P20 then and see what shakes out.
