How can I copy data from disk to disk quickly?

If I copy data through Windows, it's slow...

Yes, need change owner too:
chown -R nobody /mnt/<your-target>/*

LOL. From one pool to another rsync is totally overkill, going to be MUCH slower, and will literally provide zero benefit except waste your time.

Whomp....my bad. Rsync would be better for copying over time so you only get new increments....but not just a one time shot.
