You know, if you had said that the WebGUI didn't work in the beginning this would have been the most important piece of information.
If you check out the manual it says to bootup freenas and go to the IP. There's no IP because there's no network.
All those screenshots mean nothing because I'm not able to look at your infrastructure. What you need to know is this:
FreeNAS sees 2 Intel network adapters. Neither one has a carrier. That is to say, it doesn't even negotiate a network speed. Literally "no carrier" means the same thing as "I didn't plug in my network cable".
So you need to stop, go back and look at your infrastructure. As long as you have no carrier you aren't going to go anywhere, ever. That's your primary problem and you're going to have to trace cables, try different cables, etc.
Sorry, but thta's all the help you're going to get from here as this is not a FreeNAS problem but a networking problem.
