Help with Google Sync

I was trying to sync the information from the Google cloud with my NAS server and I have the following problem:

"Cloud sync task 'Folder name' failed."

I have already updated the corresponding credentials, I have the necessary permissions to that folder, but it keeps refusing the connection to the folder, I still don't know what to do because I haven't found any information related to my problem.
