Saw the pinned post on the top of this thread and have seen this error posted around but, all the references are to a version of truenas that is prior to mine. I'm currently running TrueNAS CORE version 13.0-U1.1 and recently have had the following error whenever I try to update anything including PLEX which is the only real purpose for this system.

ConnectionError

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.freebsd.org', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /security/unsupported.html (Caused by NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 8] Name does not resolve'))

When i click more info i get:

I know in the sticky it mentions editing a file but I won't lie i am a complete newbie on using the shell and UNIX commands. I have no idea how to access the file system nor find this file to edit it. When I access the file system through windows on my main computer I can only see my storage drive where I keep my media and nothing else.

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.
