Help me properly configure SMB & NFS shares

Hello,

I had bellow setup for quite some time but after last upgrade of FreeNAS folder permissions were messed up and after trying to set back so that windows client can r/w I lost one of the NFS shares. I think the problem is that I had NFS shares are under SMB.
I have larger SSD on the way where I will have ESXi and VMs setup so I want to start
from the scratch and set it up properly but I need little bit of guidance. Any suggestions?

Yes, I separated NFS and SMB and not like I had it before where NFS share was inside SMB.
