Help i cant find the proper solution

I am running Freenas 11.3 u5 and i added my first windows 10 22h2 pc to my network.
I am loking for the proper solution for error code 0x80070035 the device or resource wont accept the connection.
I will need to run both the legacy windows 7 and windows 10 on the network with both systems having complete access to the pool.
