My freenas build suddenly stopped working after many years service.
I've pulled and tried individual usb boot drives. Checked cable connections on drives. Hooked up vga monitor to watch boot and it shows variety of behaviour: repeatedly trying to boot, launching freenas once and going to shell entry i am not familiar with.
When it did launch I was able to see all drives but my pool was locked. It is encrypted, believe I have a copy of geli.txt, I really hope correct one, tried unlocking when I had access but gave me an error.
Now its just booting to a shell entry on screen and can't reach web interface.
I'm guessing the usb boot drives are corrupted? Both?

I don't know where to start, need files off unit and am stressed. This is a nightmare for me. Please help. Where can I go?

Setup is a Supermicro Mini-ITX 2133 (x10sdv-tln4f) with number of drives in raid. Had two usb sandisk drives for boot (I hate usb drives for this purpose and clearly redundancy and raid arrangement done nothing to save me).
Pic below is where is goes now.

I managed to get it to boot and swap out bad usb drive. Key was correct one.
I've backed up encryption key far better this time.
