Hello i'm 90% one of my HDD is dead

I'm in the middle of upgrading/replacing them as they are 5 years old and upgrading them to 8TB models,

But don't 100% understand the output of the smart test, if someone knows a good video I could watch to help me understand these errors and codes I'm all ears

Screenshot at Dec 19 09-44-37.png

So this is the screenshot, of that yes I get the red FAULTED is a big hint I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything like maybe a cable fault, The 8TB one is the first one I have replaced this is my personal server so I can't just replace them all at one time so doing one at a time, SDB looks like it's my next replacement

Below is the outport of a smartcrlt

Temp looks a bit warm potentially but nothing else there is yelling "I am dead". Dunno about attribute 200.

Check the cables

You don't look as though you are running regular smart tests. I suggest after checking the cables
smartctl -t short /dev/sdb
smartctl -t long /dev/sdb

And post the results

Going forward I would really look at the cooling. Opinions differ here, but I think we agree that cooler is better. As to my personal liking, it should not be warmer than 35 Celsius.

Given the multi-zone rate has risen from 130 to 1441 & you have a pending sector. I would suggest that disk has issues.
As you say, replace it ASAP.
