Hi all. I am new to FreeNAS but hope to be a positive and useful member on this forum. I ordered a full set of hardware and am hoping to have my server running within a couple of day. I have little Linux knowledge, so may be depending on support of all the experienced members here. Thanks all!

You'll be pleased to know that FreeNAS is based on BSD which is not Linux,
BUT, you are in the right place. My recommendation is to devour the stickied
posts in this forum until your eyes bleed. Are you familiar with the poem
about the bridge builder? There are a bunch of bridge builders in here...
