Hello,

This is my current setup:

Mobo: ASRock Rack Mini ITX C2550D4I
CPU: Intel Avoton C2550 Quad-Core Processor
RAM: 8GBx2 DDR3/DDR3L-1600MT/s (PC3-12800) DR x8 ECC UDIMM
PSU: Seasonic SS-350SFE 350W

Some time in the past week (I was away on vacation) there may have been a power event that fried my motherboard - I have a UPS though so maybe not and it was just bad luck. In any case I am RMA'ing my motherboard. Assuming that everything else in this tower hasn't been fried, is there anything I need to be aware of when plugging everything in to said new motherboard. Things like do I need to make sure and plug the drive from SATA port 'x' to the same port in the next motherboard.

I am unsure what version of FreeNAS I was using at the time but I believe it was in the 9.2.1.x branch. 9.2.1.6 looks like the most likely version based on the timestamps in http://download.freenas.org/ - I assembled the system around July 18/19, 2015.

Thank you for your help.

Nothing to worry about. You can plug the Sata cables into any of the Intel ports.

Might've been a victim of the mass die-off.
