SOLVED GUI Network showing Link State Down but it is connected

on one system I have the problem that the Link State showing down, but it is connected.

I have had problem with zfs during every reboot. Therefore every reboot create this problem with GUI report. After solved the problem with zfs during reboot, the next good reboot solved also this GUI problem
