Hello to the FreeNAS community.
Would like to take the opportunity to thank the developers and the members of the forums for all the hard work and support they provide. Keep it coming :D
I am currently running two FreeNAS boxes:
My home file server that is based on the Intel SS4200-E storage system box (that came back to life after the original software was replaced with FreeNAS 0.7.2.5547) and that has been running trouble free for about a year now.
The new project, a FreeNAS box of much higher spec hardware that I am experimenting with using v 8.0.1 that will eventually replace the home file server.
