gptzfsboot error 4 lba cannot boot after import pool

hello everyone I have the following problem, I have freenas 11 installed in vmware and it seems that my pool is damaged or that it has happened, the system does not want to start with error: stopped at kdb_enter + 03b: movq $, kdb_why.
when I start without the pool it loads the system but when I want to add the pool again a panic error comes out and it restarts with the same error again.

please help!
