Gnome and VNC server in a jail

Is it possible to set up a desktop env such as GNOME in a jail, and connect in via vnc?

I have done some reading online but can only find ancient articles. Some refer to kernel patching such as allow_raw_sockets, which IIRC is an option in jail config?
