Glitched cluster

I somehow have a cluster listed under truecommander that I can neither remove because it gives an error about making sure gluster is running which it isn't. Nor can I finish its setup for the same reasons.

Is there a way to manually delete any cluster configuration? I've already tried a fresh install, but no dice
