TrueNas - input-output error but ZFS is clean

OS: TrueNAS-12.0-U1, command as root directly on the server (ssh) dmesg doesn't report anything, zfs pool looks ok. When I try to see the contents of some files, I get an input/output error. (cat, ...) I can see the content of the folders, other files in the folders work as expected. The issue...

Hang tight. We have been responding on the ticket and threads. So far risk appears very low, and only appears when running virtualization workloads with some very specific set of conditions. As difficult as it's been to get a verified reproduction case, it's definitely not widespread.

Counterpoint - I've been running virtual workloads (ESXi 6.7U3 + Horizon View 7.12) on TrueNAS 12.0 without corruption.

Caveat though is that the only VM "running off a snapshot" is the gold master image, and I don't beat on this specific environment that hard.
