Getting error message upon attempting to install Nextcloud

Hello Community. I'm fresh out the gate with installing a new system, and wanted to start off by installing Nextcloud for local access.

I followed the guide to Lawrence Systems (Setting Up Your Own Cloud: A Guide to Nextcloud on TrueNAS SCALE), but when I'm attempt the install, I'm getting various error messages which I don't quite understand. Hence my post here.

My system is based off an HP Elitedesk 705 G3 Mini with the following specs:

• CPU: AMD PRO A10-8770E R7
• RAM: 16GB DDR4
• System Drive: Original 128GB for installing Truenas
• Storage Drive: Samsung 980 2TB (yes, I know I shouldn't run Truenas with only one disk for storage but planning to do a complete rebuild if I get this working well)
• TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.1.3

I forgot to mention that I'm using the iX Community version of Nextcloud. Haven't installed Truecharts (yet)

I have the same or at least a very similar issue. I get the same error messages shown in the original post. While the system is clearly doing things in the background, the status says "Running" and I can access the web portal. But instead of letting me login, the created user credentials do not work and it says "Install" which looks to me, the installation is not complete. Is there a solution for this problem by now?
