Getfacl output explanation

Could one of you fine people explain why my getfacl output appears to have an extra “group” listing? It does not look like any example I have found prior and is a curiosity I do not understand.

It turns out my pool owner and group were “guest” “guest” prior to my changing them just today to “root” and “wheel” with a chmod command. Pic attached.
