I've searched and read what I could find here and still have some questions, so hopefully not retreading already-answered questions.
I'm thinking about rebuilding with a mirror set of SSDs as a special metadata and small block VDEV to increase performance. I see that you can optionally direct small block traffic to the special VDEV. Can anyone tell me a way I can run a report on my existing pool to find out the total size of blocks of various sizes which will help me decide how large of SSDs I need and what threshold of small block size to set? I saw a script that would report metadata size, but not block size of data.
For example, if I have 200TB of data, I'd like to know how much data is <4KB, how much is 4-8KB, 8-16KB, etc.
