Full-height bracket for the LSI00348 9300-4i4e card?

Do you know where to get a stand-alone full-height bracket for the LSI00348 9300-4i4e card, i.e. without buying a whole card which already comes with such a full-height bracket?

I have not been able to find one anywhere for weeks, so I have decided to ask here, as there seem to be much more knowledgeable people here than I am, having much more experience with these cards than I have.
