I'm setting up a new Freenas 9.2 box. Our old Freenas is on 0.7 and ftp is working the way I want it.

FTP is working on 9.2, each user can see their own folder and transfer files.
I want it setup so they can see everyone's directory.

/mnt/home/user1
/mnt/home/user2
/mnt/home/user3

I have setup datasets for each user.
Is it possible to do this with datasets?

I have tried checking chroot, I get the same results.

I have changed the home directory for the user to /mnt/home, but it always goes back to /mnt/home/user1

Could someone point me in the right direction?

Thank you,
Craig

No answer from this Craig, I'm afraid, but I would also like know how to do this (if it's possible).

I am the only user and I want to be able to ftp anonymously into all of my 4 drives, like I can if I boot 0.69....
in 9.2.1.1, the ftp configuration insists that I select an individual volume mount point, but I need the ftp root directory to be /mnt.

Edit: Oops, apologies - I've realised that NAS4Free is what I need.
