on my FreeNAS11 i have a
System Information
ther i have Uptime 02:58PM up 1:38, 0 users
how to chage the time from 02:58PM to 14:58?

Uptime looks at locale for its current-time presentation. I am not sure you should be doing this on a FreeNAS system, but it is loaded in /etc/login.conf, lang=en_US.UTF-8 as per default.

Because it always was a very low priority thing. You might want to file a feature request for the new GUI to allow for the locale settings to be easily fine-tuned.
