Hi all

I am working on build Freenas with Lenovo ST250
(actually, it works already)

My Specification
CPU: Intel Xeon E-2124
Memory: 32GB
HDD: 6 x 6TB Sata
Ethernet Adapter: 2 x 10GBase-T
RAID 530-8I (I use Freenas Raid)
My propose to build Freenas
1. NAS system for my home
2. Plex Server
3. Sync with Google drive
Question
Is FreeNAS can use GPU passthrough with Plex plugin? I have plan to add Quadro p2200 for transcoding

p.s As I understand FreeNAS work with IGPU

That's a PCIe Video Card... Plex will not work with it under FreeBSD, only the Intel onboard graphics in newer chips. (for clarity, this is not a FreeNAS or FreeBSD thing, it's a case of the Plex version for FreeBSD not being coded for it, so there's no point complaining about it here)

There's a thread that talks about how to get that to work if your CPU has the right onboard graphics capability (but I don't think it does).
EDIT: if you have the G-family variant, maybe you do have embedded graphics: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...tType=873&0_Embedded=True&1_Filter-Family=595
If that's the case, see here:

The Lenovo ST250 has a C246, so then it's a BIOS and CPU question. Check your BIOS to see whether it has an option to enable the iGPU in an Intel Xeon. Lenovo may have chosen not to support it.
Also, an E-2224 has no iGPU; an E-2224G does.
