Freenas ntpd_initres[xxxx] host name not found

Hi,

This morning I connected my freenas to a monitor, I saw so many lines with "freenas ntpd_initres[4235]: host name not found" messages. It happens with both my Freenas v9.2.0 and v9.2.1.3, what's wrong?

Lately my Windows 8 client cannot access CIFS Folder, but waiting it for 3-5 minutes will solved the problem. But it will occur another time with the same problem and solved after wating 3-5 minutes. Has it something to do with the "host name not found" messages above?
