I have
Recently I moved my datastore from VMFS 5 to VMFS 6 in my vSphere testlab. And now I have such a picture:

Is it normal System Load?

Does Logical Block Size need to be changed to 4096 considering VMFS 6 changes compared to VMFS 5?

What changes are you talking about? Support for 4K drives in 512e mode (this was added in VMFS6)? As far as I know, 512 logical block size still needs to be used for iSCSI lun's.

Yes. Thanks for the reply.

As for the system load, it was some strange behavior with my ESXi host, but now it is not more than 0.3-0.5 on average.

Also I tested ESXi 6.5 Storage Space Reclamation. Actually I decided to move my datastore to VMFS 6 because I had more than 80% space utilization and even when I deleted all the files from datastore. Now I have such figure:

Looks very good and now I don't need to worry much about ZVOL used space. Just only can't understand why the compression ratio is 1.74.
