FreeNAS 9.10.2-U1 OS freezes "loading kernel module" while booting time. After pressin Ctrl+C, it throwing "ACPI related Errors".

Again it freezes after "Starting mdnsd", After pressin Ctrl+C its booted. Menu displayed. But we are unable to assign IP address to machine.

We are using ASUS prime B250 pro mother board.

Is this after an initial install or after the system has been up for some time? What are the hardware specs on the system?

If startup continues after pressing Ctrl-C, it is not frozen, merely waiting. If this computer is not connected to a network, or network services are not working correctly, delays waiting for DHCP or DNS responses can cause this type of delay.

Why are you doing a new installation of 9.10?
Because we are running same version OS in different hardware.
hardware:
Asus M5A97 R2.0 mother board
AMD FX 4 core processor
Kingston 8 GB DDR3 non-ECC RAM
120 GB SSD
5x4 TB SATA disks Seagate.

We wanted to use similar OS. But fore said [Motherboard ASUS prime B250 pro] hardware is available for new installation.
