FreeNAS Emails

So most of the emails generated by FreeNAS seem to be sent between 3AM and 5AM....is there a way to configure the time FreeNAS sends these emails? Or are these emails generated and sent AS they occur? Such as when an update is available

The emails are sent as a result of cron events that are preprogrammed to occur at those times. You could change the time that they occur in /etc/crontab, but every time you reboot it would could back.
